Adult Discipleship

Community United Methodist Church has a variety of church school classes for adults. The classes range from being primarily conservative Bible interpretation to study of the Bible in a more liberal interpretation. Some classes use videos to stimulate discussion about how the Bible guides our daily lives. Visit different classes to decide which is best for you. All classes are small and would welcome your attendance.

INVITATION TO THE PSALMS – Take a refreshing plunge into the Bible. In this video-based study of the Psalms, the real issues of life, desire for happiness, suffering, and complaining are raised, and also the life of gratitude, praise, and trust is explained. Once they are understood well, transformation of life takes place. People come closer to God as well as other people. Join us for The Language of the Heart.
Adult Bible Study – 10:30 am (Library – Rm. 207)
This class focuses on specific books and chapters of the Bible. They are studying the book of Titus.
